Jennifer Caceres is a leader in the Talent Development Group at the Chicago-based, 4th generation, family owned Ready Mix Concrete company, Ozinga.  With a Bachelor of Arts degree in Education and Spanish from Middle Tennessee State University, and 15 years of training experience in multiple industries, she leads Ozinga’s efforts to help new employees understand the unique culture of the company and how company values apply to them as individuals.  She is an effective trainer in various leadership topics, and very passionate about the movement in the workplace of multiple generations working side by side. An effective trainer, and advocate for change, Jennifer works to preserve the Ozinga culture and develop the unique gifts and talents of coworkers throughout the organization.

Maureen owns Keane Communication & Consulting, and acts as an advisor and Coach for Fortune 500 and leading edge companies. Among the organizations that Maureen has worked with; McDonalds, Advocate, ATI, Martin-Brower, Reyes and numerous others. Working with these and other clients, she has facilitated numerous trainings, and workshops in the U.S., and abroad, including; Japan, Singapore, South Korea, Kuala Lumpur, India, UK, Brazil, Dubai, China and Thailand.

Alex joined Michael Page in 2014, having relocated from the UK where he worked for nearly seven years as a specialist recruiter within the construction space.  Upon joining Michael Page, he launched the Midwest Real Estate & Construction business, where he has focused on placing full-time employees, from grad to VP level, with general contractors, subcontractors, consultancies, and developers.

Dan joined Michael Page in 2006 as a Recruitment Consultant with 2+ years of prior recruitment experience.  He has 12+ years of experience partnering with clients of all sizes in a wide variety of industries, including construction, real estate development/investment, manufacturing, CPG, food/beverage, health care, pharma, retail, business services, and technology.  Dan has launched three new recruitment disciplines at Michael Page and currently oversees the Real Estate & Construction and Procurement & Supply Chain practices.  Dan has a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from the University of Wisconsin – Madison. 

Kendall Woods concentrates her practice on construction, commercial, product liability, premises liability, and copyright and trademark litigation at both the trial and appellate level. She represents and counsels owners, developers, construction managers, contractors, subcontractors, tenants, and business owners and managers in both litigation and alternative dispute resolution.
Ms. Woods has prosecuted and defended claims involving construction contracts, mechanics liens, construction defects, design errors and omissions, and construction injuries. Ms. Woods has also represented clients in both complex commercial litigation and copyright and trademark litigation. Specifically, her commercial litigation experience includes contract litigation, products liability litigation, premises liability litigation, financial institution litigation, and aviation litigation.

Claudia is a marketer at the core, having spent her formative years in marketing roles with Chicago’s three largest advertising agencies. After a mid-career transition to HR lead and Leadership Development Officer for FCB Chicago, she applied her marketer’s lens to Talent Development. This unique duality of experience laid the foundation for her career consulting practice today. She combines industry-leading brand development expertise with her “insiders” perspective on effective career transition and growth through individual coaching, workshop facilitation, and presentations built on the foundation of effective personal branding. 

Margo brings passion and creative vision to her practice as a Public Image and Lifestyle consultant, building the client’s visual brand through fashion, beauty, and interiors. As a 25-year veteran of the Lifestyle and Interior Design industry, Margo has held executive positions working in both the residential and luxury hospitality development markets, most recently with Prism Development Company as a designer for the Ritz-Carlton Residences, Chicago. Combining her experience in luxury branding with her savvy view of design and fashion trends and a knack for storytelling, Margo has become a leader in the visual branding arena. 

Michaelann Agoranos (Principal) brings 25 years of experience in the industry, holds a BA in Architectural Studies, and an MBA. In her previous career she led Leadership Development and skill based training for the Restaurant Development function of the McDonald’s Corporation. Currently chapter Secretary and board member for the Chicago Metro chapter of National Association of Women in Construction (NAWIC), Midwest Regional Block Kids Chairperson for NAWIC, and a member of the Federation of Women Contractors (FWC).

Peggy Newquist (Principal) brings 30 years of experience in the industry, holds a BS in Construction Engineering, and a MS in Construction Management. Over the span of her career she has created Leadership Development Programs, mentoring programs and resource networks within the industry. Currently a member of the Purdue University, Construction Engineering Department Industry Advisory Committee, she holds several positions with NAWIC (National Association of Women in Construction): serving as a Director of the Board of the Chicago Metro chapter, a National Co-chair for the Professional Development & Education Committee, a Trustee and Regional Liaison for the NAWIC Education Foundation (NEF), and a member of the Federation of Women Contractors (FWC).
