PU Construction Advisory Council Makes Gender Diversity its Business!

Peggy Newquist recently spoke on the importance of Gender Diversity in Construction  to the Industry Advisory Council of the Purdue University School of Construction Management Technology.  Her presentation stressed gender diversity as a business imperative citing both the research showing companies with more women in leadership perform better and the looming labor shortage faced by the  construction sector. She also explored the role unconscious bias plays in the workforce and encouraged everyone to be an ambassador for change.
